Hi, I will be on the Fantasy on 1/30. I have made reservations for brunch at Remy. I really want reservations for the Remy dessert buffet too. Can I book both? In order to try & book the dessert must I cancel the brunch or will it allow me to choose?

    Ahoy Kathryn –

Your cruise on the Fantasy will be here before you know it and it sounds like fine dining is on the menu for you! Remy has amazing cuisine and there are wonderful options for brunch (Remy Champagne Brunch), dinner, tastings (Petites Assiettes de Remy) and a five course dessert (The Remy Dessert Experience). You will enjoy each and every offering that Remy has available, and Kathryn, yes you can book as many reservations online as you like.  The only caveat with the online experience is that the reservation windows cannot be overlapping. Book as much as you can online, and if you have any difficulties or schedule changes, you will have the opportunity to adjust your reservation or book a new one once you board the ship. Kathryn, it sounds like your pirate crew will have a delicious cruise on the Disney Fantasy, Bon Appétit!
