Ahoy there, Louise!
Welcome back to the Moms Panel and thank you for stopping by with such an awesome question. I love the dining experiences on the Disney Cruise. The consistent must-do on a Disney Cruise for my husband and I, is to dine at Remy and/or Palo for both Brunch AND Dinner whenever possible. Your 7-night Eastern Caribbean voyage on the magnificent
Disney Fantasy, includes 3 days at sea, which usually means brunch will be offered at Palo and Remy on those days. I highly suggest that you reserve at either one, or both!
Palo brunch tops my list. I love the food and the choices that are offered during this special brunch affair. I've had the opportunity of discovering such new foodie items onboard, thanks to Palo's selective chefs bringing in the flavors from all around the world.
Remy offers a very sophisticated dining experience which cannot be missed either. Their brunch is divine with the champagne pairing... it definitely makes any occasion extra special. If you've got a sweet tooth, you might also want to check out Remy's Pompidou's Patisseries Dessert Experience -- wowza! You can expect service to be absolutely impeccable at both restaurants, so be prepared to dine like royalty!
Remember that dress codes are enforced at both restaurants. Come hungry for brunch and plan on spending around 2-3 hours enjoying this gastronomic experience that puts all other brunch spreads to shame. Also, be sure to check the Personal Navigator for updated schedules of events throughout your cruise.
Have a spectacular fun-filled voyage, Louise! Let us know if you have any additional inquiries that we can help with.
