Ahoy, Regina!
Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I'm happy to help!
Disney Cruise Line does an amazing job of making sure that every single guest is able to enjoy the most magical vacation possible, and that includes those guests with
special dietary needs. Disney's amazing culinary team is accustomed to working with guests that request gluten-free meals, and they go above and beyond to ensure that you'll have an incredible dining experience!
I encourage you to contact the Disney Cruise Line Special Services Team directly at (407)566-3602 to discuss your specific dining needs. You can also email them at SpecialServices@disneycruise.com.
They'll be able to answer any questions you may have, and set your mind at ease regarding your onboard dining. The folks on the Special Services Team are some of the nicest, most helpful people I've spoken with. Their priority is to rid you of any worries and concerns you may have before you set sail with Captain Mickey and his crew.
On your first evening on the ship, you'll meet your dining team in the Main Dining restaurant you're assigned to for that evening's meal. They will probably already be aware of your dining requests, and will have the Head Server come to your table to speak to you and discuss your needs. The great thing about Disney Cruise Line's Rotational Dining is that your serving team will rotate with you each night. They'll become familiar with your preferences, and are very helpful with anything you might need! We've always had amazing servers on our Disney Cruises, and my kids love how interactive they are with us.
Please let us know if you have more questions before you set sail on the gorgeous
Disney Fantasy. Have a magical day! - Diane W.
