Is Fantasmic worth the crowds? We don't have park hopper tickets and we've read Wed. is busiest day to visit Hollywood Studios. We would visit 2/9/11 with kids ages 10, 9, and 4. Is it worth it or should we skip the show and visit HS on a less busy day?

Marsha, Marsha, Marsha. FANTASMIC IS TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Plus, February 9 is a fantastic day to see it. There are two shows that night: one at 7:30 p.m. and the other at 9:00 p.m. See the second show, which is always less crowded.

It's true, on Fantasmic days, Hollywood Studios is more crowded. That being said, consider this: the day you visit the park has less of an impact on how long you'll wait in lines when compared with how you go about touring the park when you're there.

A good touring plan on a crowded day will save you more time than being less prepared on a less crowded day. It all begins by arriving at Hollywood Studios and hitting the headliners first (Toy Story, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror.)
