We want to see Fantasmic on 3-3-13. I am wondering if we can get a quick service meal and go 60-90 minutes before the show to get seats and eat inside? We were hoping to eat at ABC Commissary or Fairfax Fair, do they have "to go" options?

Hi Diana! Over this past holiday the great Hollywood Studios park took a cue from their California friends and had picnics to go for the Fantasmic show each night. However, this was in place to end on January 5 of this new year. Disney often re-evaluates the success of new programs and can bring this option back at any time. Please call the Disney dining number and ask if this has been put back in the books for the spring months. 407-WDW-DINE. They had offered about five different menu choices with the adult meals being around $16 and the children's around $5.50. You needed to make a reservation for this just as you would a table seating for dinner in the park.

There are many great quick service locations in the park but they are not prepared to wrap and distribute the food in a true "to go" manner. You might be better off eating a full meal before hand and then take some good snacks along to munch on during the wait. Also have some games in your backpack or purse for the kids to enjoy during this time. Remember that this area can seat many guests and everyone will have a great view of the show and you don't have to be in the middle. In fact, those guests who have dinner package viewing seats will be seated to the far right. Enjoy this wonderful show!
