Will there be a Fantasmic show the weekend of Friday 11/14/25, Saturday 11/15/25, Sunday 11/16/25? Disneyland calendar currently show that Fantasmic ends in the middle of October. Hopefully shows will resume when Halloween ends. Thank you so much!

Aloha, Myra, and welcome to planDisney. Fantasmic! holds a special place in my heart – it blends storytelling, music, pyrotechnics, and Disney Characters into one unforgettable show. I’m so glad you’re planning to see it!

I have an idea as to why you're currently seeing showtimes for Fantasmic! through mid-October. Entertainment schedules are typically available on the Disneyland website as far as six weeks out, via the Hours & Events Calendar. I believe you weren't seeing shows beyond mid-October because information wasn't released yet. You'll likely see show details for mid-November around the beginning of October.

In the meantime, keep an eye on Fantasmic! Dining Package availability. Dining reservations open up to 60 days in advance and can sometimes hint at upcoming performance dates. I highly recommend this dining package, by the way. There are a few different locations and meal times to choose from. For most, you'll receive a voucher to access a reserved viewing area later that day. There's also a premium option to watch the show while seated for dinner at River Belle Terrace.

If you opt for standby viewing, arrive early for the best spots along the Rivers of America. Typically, it's a little easier to get a great view for the second performance. One of my favorite views is from the bridge above Pirates of the Caribbean, although it fills quickly!

There's nothing quite like watching Mickey as the Sorcerer's Apprentice use the power of his imagination to save the day. I don't want to spoil the show in case you haven't seen it, but let's just say there are a few surprises that feel like real-life magic, and I still get goosebumps even after seeing it multiple times. You will love it!

Make sure to stop by Mickey Mouse's house in Toontown – you'll end up in his movie barn and have a chance to meet him! Since he's on set, his outfits may change. I once met him in his Sorcerer’s Apprentice costume!

Myra, I hope you have a wonderful November visit to the Disneyland Resort. You'll be there just as the holiday season is kicking off, so I'm sure the atmosphere will be merry and bright. Make sure to look into the special entertainment, Character experiences, and other activities you can expect during this holly jolly time of year.

If you think of any other questions as your trip approaches, please let us know. We're always happy to help here at planDisney.

    Wishing you magic,
