Fantasmic is scheduled for 8:00 PM and Wonderful World of Animation is at 8:30 PM when I visit. Can I get to WWoA in time to see it after Fantasmic?

    Hi Sarah Jane!

Your magical Walt Disney World vacation is right around the corner - how exciting! It sounds like you're gearing up for a picture-perfect evening at Disney's Hollywood Studios, aiming to experience the magic of both Fantasmic! and Wonderful World of Animation. I totally get the excitement and the challenge this adventure brings. I'm sure I'll want to do the same on my next visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

To work both of these experiences into your evening, you might need to sprinkle a bit of strategy into your plan. If Wonderful World of Animation is a must-see for your squad, consider bidding a swift farewell to Fantasmic! as it draws to a close. (Though it tugs at my heartstrings to miss any moment of the adorable finale!) Aim to snag seats towards the top right of the Hollywood Hills amphitheater (from your vantage point looking towards the stage) for a speedy getaway post-show. This route will take you toward the park's entrance, popping you out near the Crossroads of the World shop, ready for your next magical moment.

Wonderful World of Animation will come to life right on the iconic facade of Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway at the end of Hollywood Boulevard. My pixie-dusted tip? Venture as far down Hollywood Boulevard as you can for a front-row experience. But, if the crowd's a bit heavy, any spot where the Runaway Railway (aka the Chinese Theatre) is in view will treat you to the show's dazzling magic.

For another option, it looks like Fantasmic! is currently having two showings each evening. If you'd like to flip-flop these plans, you could get a spot to view Wonderful World of Animation for the 8:30 show (which lasts 12 minutes), then make your way to the Hollywood Hills Amphitheater for the 9:30 showing of Fantasmic!.

Fingers crossed, with a dash of Disney pixie dust, you'll be able to immerse yourself in the wonders of both shows! Have a magical night at Disney's Hollywood Studios!
