Fantasmic! is my favorite nighttime spectacular, so I am thrilled that you are planning to catch it during your Disneyland Resort visit.
I just checked the
Disneyland Hours & Events Calendar, and Fantasmic! is currently scheduled on the dates you mentioned (subject to change). At the moment, I'm not seeing any
Dining Package availability for that time frame. While it is uncommon for Fantasmic! to run without Dining Packages offered on the same day, it does occasionally happen. It's hard to know whether more reservations will open, so I recommend checking the Disneyland website daily in case additional availability is released. I'm sorry that I don't have a more definitive answer!
The good news is that Guests can still watch Fantasmic! without a Dining Package. On a couple of my visits last year, I was able to walk up right before the 10:30 PM performance and still find a spot (and I'm not tall!). In my experience, the later show is usually easier to view because many Guests have left for the day. However, if you are traveling with young kids, that time might be a bit late, so you may want to watch the first show. Keep in mind that Guests without Dining Packages are typically asked to stand, so arriving ahead of time is especially helpful for families with little kids.
Another fun evening option is the
World of Color Dessert Party in Disney California Adventure Park. It is one of my favorites! Guests can enjoy the show from their own table while snacking on sweet and savory treats. Relaxing with my family while watching this fantastic show is the best way to end a fun day at Disneyland!
