    If the Fantasmic Schedule is not released 180 days before your vacation, can you add if to an existing qualifying reservation that you booked 180 days in advance, once the times/dates are announced? Or do you have to cancel and book the Fantasmic package?

    Hi Mary,

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You are going to love the Fantasmic! Dinner Package! You'll have a fabulous meal at one of the participating Restaurants ( The Hollywood Brown Derby, Hollywood & Vine, or Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano) and then enjoy VIP seating to Fantasmic! You will be given your VIP voucher for Fantasmic! at the time of your meal. You should plan to arrive for Fantasmic! about 20 to 30 minutes prior to showtime. Show times can be found in the Times Guide so be sure to grab one when you enter the Park. The entrance for VIP seating is located on Sunset Boulevard right next to Beauty and the Beast – Live on Stage. Keep in mind that seats are not assigned within the reserved section so it's best to get there early to secure your preferred viewing spot. 

    Once the dates for the Fantasmic! Dinner Package open up you will need to call Disney Dining at (407)-939-3463 to see if the Package is available on the date and exact time of your existing Advanced Dining Reservation. If it is available, then you can add it to your Reservation. If the date and exact time of your existing Reservation is not available, then you may want to cancel your existing Reservation and re-book for another time during your stay. I suggest checking the website frequently and as soon as you see the availability open up be sure to call Disney Dining right away to modify your Reservation.
