Are Fantasmic and MNSSHP too scary for a 3 year old? And what time is the C & D Sing Along usually held in late September? many thanks!!

    Hi Hilary!

Boy, you are asking about two of my most favorite things in Walt Disney World; Fantasmic and Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!  I definitely think that Fantasmic does have several very scary scenes and elements in it that would frighten a three year old, especially the villains and the nightmare scenes.  Also the fireworks and music can be quite loud so you are going to have to decide whether your little one is able to handle it.  I believe that Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party would be great for your little one!  The parade is wonderful and not too scary. The character experiences are great and they are optional if your little one does not want a photo with a certain characters they don't have to get one.  I would avoid the Villains Mix and Mingle Stage Show if your 3 year old is afraid of Disney villains.  Also the fireworks can be too loud and frightening for preschoolers.

Chip 'N Dale's Campfire Sing-A-Long typically starts at 7:00 pm in the Fall.  You can confirm the exact time of Chip 'N Dale's Campfire Sing-A-Long when you arrive in Walt Disney World for your vacation.

I hope that you and your family have a truly magical vacation in Walt Disney World!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
