When will Fantasmic and the electrical parade be back? Are fireworks in February only for the After Dark party guests or will there a show on other nights?

Hey howdy hey, Rose, and a warm welcome back to planDisney!

We love seeing Guests return with another great question! I’d love to help you plan more for your February visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

So, I did some research on the Disney Parks Blog, and discovered that the Main Street Electrical Parade is set to return to Disneyland Park this spring to celebrate its 50th anniversary! Unfortunately, we don’t have an exact date yet, and I don’t see this iconic parade showing up yet on the Entertainment Schedule, which is currently updated through February 15, 2022. As for Fantasmic!, I’m thrilled to report that this dazzling, long-running nighttime spectacular will also be returning this spring! However, we don’t have an exact date just yet. Did you know that Fantasmic! is Disney’s longest-running nighttime spectacular?! That’s right, this “must-see” show has been entertaining Guests for almost 30 years! I can’t wait to rediscover both of these unique and memorable spectaculars.

I also checked the Entertainment Schedule to get the scoop on fireworks during your visit. On the schedule, we can see that Mickey’s Mix Magic with Projections will take place in Disneyland Park at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, February 2, and on Thursday, February 3. Then, on Friday, February 4, you can catch Mickey’s Mix Magic with Fireworks at 9:00 PM. As you mentioned, Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts’ Nite will be taking place on Thursday, February 3 from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Mickey’s Mix Magic with Projections is the only nighttime spectacular set for that evening, and it will be available to all regular day Guests, in addition to the special event attendees, since their ticket allows them to mix in to Disneyland Park starting at 5:00 PM.

It looks like you have a fun-filled vacation to look forward to, Rose! Please stop by with any additional questions you may have… I’m all EARs!
