    Want to do Fantasmic dinner show in OCTOBER 2016. Found Hollywood Studio hours 9a-7p with Fantasmic dinner show scheduled at 7:30p? Is this correct? Also how long does it take to get from Mama Melrose to show?

    Hi Julie! It does become confusing when making plans for your day in Hollywood Studios when Fantasmic is listed after park closing. Because the show's theater holds so many seats they do this to help with crowd control. Guests who are not wishing to enjoy the show that evening will have the opportunity to exit the park and use the Disney complimentary bus or boat transportation back to their resorts. Having the show a half hour after the official closing time allows the exiting to be done in waves.

    Please check closing times as your vacation nears as they can change park hours and even add extra Fantasmic shows if they predict large crowds. If you have reserved a Fantasmic Dining Package for the show at Mama Melrose you will need to plan about a ten minute walk to the entrance for the VIP packages. That is located on Sunset Boulevard near the Beauty and the Beast show. Even with your VIP voucher you will want to arrive no later then 20 minutes before show time. Although you have a reserved ticket the seats are not reserved and it is a first come basis in the reserved section.

    Enjoy this very popular show and dinner at Mama Melrose that evening!
