Disneyland Resort vacation is almost here! I bet you’re getting excited for all the
holiday season magic awaiting you at the Happiest Place on Earth.
The good news is that rain is not currently in the Anaheim weather forecast for the dates of your visit, so I’ll keep my fingers crossed that the theme parks stay dry for you! However, in the event of inclement weather, keep in mind that most attractions and indoor shows in Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park will continue to operate as long as lightning is not observed in the area. For the safety and comfort of Guests and Cast Members, some outdoor attractions may temporarily close and some entertainment offerings, like shows and parades, may also be affected.
In my experience,
Fantasmic! and parade cancellations due to rain are rare, although I have seen modified versions of both performed (such as pared-down stunts and simplified choreography to prevent slips and falls) for the safety of Cast Members during light rainfall. Please visit City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. during your visit for more information.
