    Hi Carole,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  I love a trip to Walt Disney World in the fall.  There is so much to do at Walt Disney World in the fall, including the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.  The weather is lovely at that time of year in Florida.

There are some benefits available to Seasonal Florida Residents at Walt Disney World.  I suggest that your sister should check out this link to see if she qualifies as a Seasonal Florida Resident.

The Florida Resident 3-Day Discover Disney ticket is a wonderful offer.  These are typically offered in the spring.  There are many other Florida resident special offers which come up from time to time, including discounts on Walt Disney World Resort rooms.  I suggest that you monitor the Walt Disney World Special Offers website for deals and discounts available to Florida residents.

I want to thank my fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelist and Florida resident Wilma for her help with this answer.  I hope that this information is helpful to you, Carole, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions!
