Hi "Moms"!! My famiy is coming to WDW May 27-31, 2011, with 6 adults/4 kids (11,9,9,7). Planned breakfast at Chef Mickey's for 28th and again on 31. Would it be better to do one breakfast at Cape May's? DS 9 wants Mickey, Donald and Goofy as mu

    Kate:

I'm a big fan of Chef Mickey's, but I agree with you that you might want to book another venue because you've got so many from which to choose....

Cape May Cafe for breakfast at the Beach Club Resort provides a fabulous backdrop for dining, especially on the day you're planning to visit Disney's Hollywood Studios or Epcot. Keep in mind that Minnie, Donald and Goofy play host, not Mickey. Another solid choice is Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusker House in the Animal Kingdom where you'll find Donald, Daisy and Mickey dressed up in their safari finest!

TIP: I tend to book the latest seatings I can get for breakfast (brunch) so that we can take a break as the crowds build in the park and not diminish the opportunity to take advantage of the shorter lines for attractions first thing in the morning.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
