    My family and I will will be visiting in a couple of weeks and have purchased the meal plan that includes the refillable mugs. When we arrive we plan to go directly to the parks to start our stay. How or where do we receive our refillable mugs?

    Hey, LaTonya!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! A Disney Dining Plan is a great way to take the stress of cooking out of your vacation. Let's face it, Mickey and his team sure know how to cook, bake and send our taste buds and tummies on an adventure.

    Each Disney Dining Plan Guest receives one Rapid Fill Resort refillable drink mug per person that is valid for the length of stay (eligible for refills at self-service beverage islands at Quick-Service locations at any Disney Resort hotel). These mugs are not refillable inside the theme parks.

    When you arrive at your Disney Parks hotel, ask a Cast Member to guide you to the restaurant on property that distributes the Rapid Fill Resort mugs. If you return after the restaurant closed, then you may pick it up the next morning. 

    Disney Dad Tip: While you are enjoying Awaken Summer, you may want to bring your Rapid Fill Resort mug into the parks to refill water. Water is currently $3.00/bottle. Counter/Quick-Service Restaurants will give you a free cup of ice water if you ask and you may then transfer that to your mug to keep it cold longer.
