This is our family's first visit to Disney World and we have reservation at Cinderella's royal table Friday Sept 19th at 6:55pm. However, MK closes at 7pm for the Halloween Party. Is that going to be issue? Will be be kicked out and not be able to eat?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Emily ~

Cinderella's Royal Table is fabulous and you are going to love it!

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) is a special event that is held on select evenings from 7 p.m. - midnight and requires a MNSSHP special event ticket. On the evenings that MNSSHP is held, the Magic Kingdom closes early and only those Guests with the special event tickets are allowed to enter or remain in the park once MNSSHP begins at 7 p.m. When Guests enter the Magic Kingdom for MNSSHP, they are given a wristband which easily indicates to Cast Members that they have purchased a MNSSHP event ticket. Cast Members are stationed throughout the park and will ask Guests to show their wristbands. Guests without wristbands are asked to make their way to the exit of the park.

No worries - you will be fine with your 6:55 p.m. reservations. If you are only going into the park to eat and don't plan to arrive at the Magic Kingdom until after 6:00 p.m., I would make sure I had my confirmation number handy when you enter the gate (just in case). Remember that you will need to check-in at Cinderella's Royal Table at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. Relax and enjoy your dinner. If you don't decide to purchase tickets to MNSSHP that evening, you will need to make your way to the park exit after your meal.
