Hello this is my family's first visit to Disney and we are going the week before Christmas. Myself and husband and mom and law and 4 girls ages 5,8,10,12. I want to do the boutique but not sure the older ones would get alot out of it, for the money?

    Hi Tonya,

All little girls are different but I treated my two to a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique make over when they were 9 and 11 and they thoroughly enjoyed it. They had their hair and make-up done and they loved looking like a Princess for a day, well the hair style actually lasted for several days making it good value. Being that bit older they didn't choose the standard Princess hair style but the groovier Princess Diva instead which had hair extensions and Mickey clips, there is also a Pop Princess using coloured hair extensions to choose too. They enjoyed the pampering so much that now aged 11 & 13 they asked if they could do it again next trip so I'm sure your older daughters would enjoy it!

As you say though the BBB is quite expensive with the cheapest package costing roughly $50 but if you look at the individual prices of all the clips, hair extensions, make-up etc it actually works out about the same price. You can see some information on all the available packages by clicking HERE.

Another option if you still think the older girls may not like it is the new Pirates League. Here they will be transformed with make-up, face gem, nail polish and a bandana and even given their own Pirate name, details can be found HERE.

Hope that helps and you have a great trip,
