This will be my family’s first trip to Disney. We are only going to be staying for 3 days and we are unsure how many days we should purchase on our MYW tickets w/ Park Hopper option. We would like to visit at least three of the parks. Thanks for the help!

Hi Jamie! I would keep your ticket passes at 3 days. Even with the Park Hopper, you'll find there's so much to see, you won't get to catch everything at the 4 parks in 3 days. Magic Kingdom alone generally takes our family 2 full days to get through all of it. So, in that case, map out a strategy on rides/attractions you'd think you want to do the most, then plan your stay based off that. If you can only do 3 parks, I'd go with Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom (sorry, Hollywood Studios)... Have a great time on your trip!
