This will be my family's 1st Disney 5K race in January. I was just wondering, do you feel like you have enough time during the rac to stop for pics/videotaping , or does it seem like you have to hurry through. We have a 4yo and plan to do alot of walking

    Hi Frank!

You will definitely have time to stop and enjoy the race.  There is a 16-minute/mile overall pace limit that will begin after the last person crosses the starting line, but that is a brisk walk, so stopping and walking is completely fine.

One of the things that I love best about running at Disney is the magic and fun that is spread along the race courses.  I always run with a camera and I make sure and stop to get some great photos with my favorite characters along the way.

Your 4-year old will probably be running from character to character!

I hope this helps!  Please let  me know if you have any other questions.
