    My family's annual passes are not showing up in our accounts. I know they are no longer honored but I still want to use the discounts when we go to Disneyland in June. I have tickets and park reservations already. Can someone help me figure this out?

    Being an Annual Passholder was such a great experience. My family and I were passholders for many years. I hope that you enjoyed being one as much as my family did. Now that the Annual Passholder program has sailed into the sunset, I am really excited for what's to come later this year. It was announced that a new membership program will be released later this year. Stay tuned on the Disney Parks Blog for when that information is released!

    I am sorry to hear that you don’t see your Legacy Passholder discount on your Disney Account. If you held an active Passport on March 14, 2020 then you are eligible to be a Legacy Passholder. This same thing happened to me and a Cast Member was able to take care of it over the phone. You can try calling the Annual Passholders line or you can try the chat feature on the Disneyland Mobile App. You’ll want to take care of this soon as later this month the Alfresco Tasting Terrace will be reopening with a new menu for Legacy Passholders and their guests. It will be just in time for your trip!
