I have a family of 5-my youngest is 2 right now so we are staying at POFQ in June of this year. Am I correct in my assumption that this hotel will not accommodate us in one room once my daughter turns 4? Is there another economical option?

    Hi Daniel,

We are also a family of five and my youngest is a few years past two so we always need a little more room. There are still some great economical choices for a Disney World vacation even with a family of five.

The Port Orleans Riverside offers a select number of rooms with a trundle bed feature that will fit most children or small adults. The All Star Music now offers a number of family suites. The suite offers a bedroom with a queen bed, pullout sofa bed in the living room and two convertible twin beds. These suites have an added bonus of two full bathrooms and a small kitchenette area. They have become extremely popular with larger families. Another option, which we just picked for the first time, is the Fort Wilderness cabins. The cabins will sleep families of six and features a bedroom with a full bed and twin bunk beds and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. The cabins have one full bathroom and a full kitchen. I think any one of these options will fit your growing families needs and still help you stay on budget. A great place to check for additional information on these locations is here.

Hope you have an amazing time in June!
