Family of 4 with 16 year old twin daughters. Need to stay somewhere that has separate bedroom spaces for them and us but would like us to share the same room. Also we need a kitchenette as my teens are picky eaters and we will be ordering groceries.

Hi Gail! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
There are many excellent resort hotels at the Walt Disney World Resort. If you are looking for a room with kitchenette; there are two options I like for my family. First one is Disney’s All Star Music Resort. Their family suites can accommodate up to six adults, have two bathrooms and a kitchenette. The hotel is beautiful; you can take pictures with amazing large-sized music-inspired icons you will find outside, and relax by its heated guitar-shaped pool.
My second alternative would be Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. You will have a wonderful time relaxing at the largest resort pool at the WDW. Besides, rooms are beautiful, you will live the magic! They are nicely decorated and you can choose the theme of your preference - Finding Nemo, Cars, The Lion King and The Little Mermaid. There are family suites available, which can accommodate up to six people. Suites include a bedroom, one double-size convertible tablebed, one double-size sleeper sofa, living room, two bathrooms and a kitchenette. Perfect for families!
Hope this information helps your planning. Let us know if you have further questions.
    Have a wonderful day!
