We are a family of 7, it’s my wife and I, 15,13,10,8,6 year old kids. Is there a way to see what days treehouse villas are available? We’d like to travel in the second half of 2022, preferably September or October.

    Hi Joe!

We're glad to have you here at planDisney!  For my family of six, vacations are much more enjoyable when we all have a little space to spread out –– which makes the Treehouse Villas at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort the perfect home-away-from-home.  In addition to comfortably sleeping up to nine Guests, these rooms also feature a fully-equipped kitchen and in-room washer and dryer, making them ideal to accommodate large families.  I think they're a great choice for your family's upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

You'll be happy to know that you can check for Treehouse Villa availability directly from the online booking portal on the Disney Vacation Club website. In addition to an easy and convenient way to book and modify reservations using your Vacation Points, the portal also has a calendar feature that can show the monthly availability for each room type at each Resort.  To find the calendar, you'll need to start by signing in to your Member Account and hovering over the "Plan Vacation" tab to find a drop-down menu where you can select "Book a Vacation".  Next, you'll need to add the details for your stay –– including the number of guests, room type, and Resort (you'll want to choose "2-Bedroom" at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort for the Treehouse Villas) –– along with your dates.  If your dates are flexible, I recommend searching for your top choice, first.  On the search results page, click "Treehouse Villas" to access the monthly availability calendar for that room type.  Once you've selected your available dates, simply follow the onscreen prompts to continue booking your reservation.

I'm sure you and your family are going to love Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort –– it's one of my favorites!  In fact, the Resort is packed with so many activities and amenities that I suggest scheduling a Resort-only day during your stay, if possible.  It's a great way to recharge after a few long theme park days and there's much for your family to do –– everything from golfing at Lake Buena Vista Golf Course, to pool games, to bike rentals, and more.  At the end of the day, you'll even be able to jump on a boat from the Treehouse Villas boat dock and take a leisurely ride over to Disney Springs for a little shopping and a great meal.  It's the perfect way to relax during even the busiest of vacations!

Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney, Joe.  I hope you and your family have a magical stay during your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!
