Me and my family went to disney in late sept. 2009 on a 6 day magic pass with park hopper. At the end of our stay I purchased 4 additional days with park hopper for next trip. can this be applied to trip so disney dining plan is available or no.

    Robert:

Unfortunately, previous ticket purchases do not fulfill the requirement to create a Magic Your Way Vacation Package which combines your room and ticket purchase and then qualifies it for adding the dining plan.

If you're not interested in the current specials and simply want to find the cheapest way to add the dining plan to your vacation, you may want to consider only adding a one-day ticket to the Magic Your Way Vacation package.  To qualify for the dining plan, you do not have to purchase tickets for every night of your stay, just the minimum of a one-day ticket.

With all that said, the addition of a one-day ticket worked for me and my husband when we went to Disney in September and got the dining plan for free with the purchase of our four-day MYWV Package.  But not every scenario is cost-effective.  Price out your options before making your final decision.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
