Hi Monica,

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel. I know how frustrating it is when us "planners" are ready to start making plans, and the tools to do so aren't available yet!

All of the dining reservations can be made 90-days in advance, so you should be able to start making yours on May 9, 2009. If you are staying at a Walt Disney Resort will be able to make your dining reservations for your entire stay (up to 10 days) when you call at your first 90-day booking window.

Disney has transition their schedule for releasing park hours to a current month plus three system. Meaning that for now (March) we can see the hours for March (current), April, May and June (plus three). So you should expect to see the August hours appearing on the website starting in May.
