Hi Diane,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
So glad to hear that you and your family are thinking about coming to the
Walt Disney World Resort in 2022. There’s so much to see and celebrate during the
World’s Most Magical Celebration.
I understand you’re trying to see if you have unused Theme Park days associated with your
MagicBands. There are a few ways to go about this. If you haven’t already, please sign in to the
My Disney Experience mobile app. After you are signed in, select the three lines in the lower right-hand corner, then select “Tickets and Passes”. If there are Theme Park tickets in this section, you will see the unused days and guest associated with them. If you don’t see any Theme Park tickets on this screen, that means it’s time to purchase new Theme Park tickets to access the magic!
Now your other option is to call the
Existing Tickets or My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desks to determine if your Theme Park tickets can be used. Since your vacation was in 2020, the Cast Member may need some information, like your confirmation email from your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel stay in 2020. If you don’t have that email, Hakuna Matata. Instead make sure to have your MagicBands near by because the Cast Member may be able to see if there are any unused days by looking up your MagicBand ID numbers. You can locate these numbers on the back of your MagicBands (you’ll see your names there as well).
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful for your family’s visit back to the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have further
vacation or planning questions, please feel free to reach out, I am always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
