Welcome back to planDisney, Megan! Let's sprinkle on a little pixie dust and soar right into the answer to your question.
Typically, on nights when
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is not taking place,
Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away is performed. However, entertainment offerings are subject to change and parade times for September 28, 2026, have not yet been posted. Be sure to check back on
the page for the parade or the
My Disney Experience mobile app as your trip gets closer for the official entertainment schedule. Until those showtimes are posted, keep thinking happy thoughts!
The last time I saw this jaw-dropping parade, Wendy and Peter Pan hadn't been sprinkled with pixie dust yet. Since then,
they've taken flight on their float, and I cannot wait to see it in person. So, I completely understand putting this on your list of must-dos for your next visit. There's something about a theme park at night that just hits different, and with the added lights and spectacle of a nighttime parade, it's even better.
Now, since you're visiting toward the end of September, you'll likely be able to check out the
Magic of Disney Animation at
Disney's Hollywood Studios. This newly reimagined space is slated to open on September 14, 2026, and is inspired by the animated short
Once Upon a Studio. Between character meet-and-greets, tasty treats, "
Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live!," learning to draw your very own character sketch, and more, this space is bound to make you feel as if you've stepped into a magical world full of possibilities. I can't wait for you to experience it! And who knows? You may even leave believing that all you need is faith, trust, and a little pixie dust (if you don't already)!
Megan, may your trip be full of magical moments and lots of creativity. If you have any other questions,
be sure to reach out again!
Wishing you an adventure worthy of Never Land,
Matt
