Our family is going to WDW in Sept. to celebrate granddaughters 3rd B'day. She want actually turn 3 until Oct., but only time everyone could go. Can we still let POR know it's her B'day and can she still wear the birthday button that week?

    Hi Patricia,

It is absolutely fine to celebrate your Granddaughters birthday during your visit in September, even if it won't be her actual birthday until the following month.

Be sure to pick up a birthday button for her to wear when you check-in if you are staying at a Disney resort hotel or from Guest Services as you enter one of the parks for her to wear throughout your stay. You will be surprised at just how many Cast Members and other Guests will stop to wish her a Happy Birthday!

You can find lots of other ways to celebrate her birthday on the Customize Your Special Occasion page of the Walt Disney World website.

I hope that your Granddaughter has a lovely 3rd birthday and wish your whole family a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
