    My family is going to WDW in October and we plan on pre-ordering the Photo Pass CD. There is currently a special online offer until 7/19 for $15 off. Should I take advantage of this or is there a chance the offer could improve after this date?

     I think the PhotoPass CD is a great value, especially at the pre-arrival savings price! If you purchase it now, you may take advantage of it after you return from your October trip with all those wonderful PhotoPass photos!

     As for the online special offer, currently for $15 off in July, it isn't available for you to add to your PhotoPass CD pre-arrival purchase as you are not yet ordering your pictures on the CD. If you were to purchase the pre-arrival savings PhotoPass CD right now, you are actually purchasing a credit towards the future order of your PhotoPass CD, in October, presumably. At the time you place your order in October, you could then apply any applicable special offers available to your PhotoPass CD order.
