    My family is going to WDW on Nov 15 thru 22. 3 separate reservations but we all booked at same time. 2 of the parties have received magic bands but the other party has not. Ours were shipped the day after final date to customize. Should I be worried? Thx

    I'm glad you came to see us here at the Mom's Panel. The last thing I ever want someone to do is worry over their Disney vacation.

    So my short answer is: "no, there is no need to worry." My long answer is why: even if the bands were to arrive after you left for your trip, Disney can replace them upon check-in. The only problem is that they won't be customized with specific colors or names on the back. Typically, the front desk will simply write an initial on each one identifying them. If you feel strongly about knowing the whereabouts of your Magic Bands, give Disney a ring at 407-939-5277 and ask if they have any information that will clarify the ship date.
