Unless you plan to do a ton of eating, I wouldn't get the Dining Plan on a 1 night trip. The Dining Plan savings are generally factored in for multi-day visits, and I don't envision you'll get much of a savings for 1 day. I'd stick with the pay out of pocket in this case...
