My family of 6 will be at WDW from Nov 14-21, 2015. I am attempting to secure dinner reservations. I have tried 12 different restaurants, with various times and even changed the number of our party and still no luck. Is there a problem?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jan!

Dining reservations have been a huge challenge for Guests traveling in the fall. I have spent a lot of time searching reservations for my family's trip in November and it is very frustrating. I seem to have better luck if I search for a meal sitting, rather than for a specific meal time, as it will allow the search engine to look for tables over the entire meal setting. You can find "Breakfast" (if served), "Lunch", and "Dinner options hidden at the top of the drop-down list of time selections. Since availability is currently limited, I recommend using the main Dining reservation page to search for available tables at all restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort so you can see everything currently available.

Using these tips, I entered your party size and dates to find several dinner options during your trip that you and your family may enjoy! This trip may be a chance to enjoy some new dining experiences, such as a steak and seafood at The BOATHOUSE, a quick trip to the Polynesian Islands for Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show, a beautiful seafood dinner overlooking Seven Seas Lagoon at Narcoossee's or some authentic Italian pasta and pizza at Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria. I would recommend booking reservations now based on what is available and then keeping an eye on reservations as tables often open up.

Sending you lots of dining pixie dust! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
