    My family and I are going to WDW in May and having breakfast at Chef Mickey. We are staying at the Music Resort, it says that we take a bus to Downtown Disney to get on a different bus from there. What time does buses start running?

    Hi, Ashton! 

    Having breakfast with Mickey is a great way to start your day!   You will want to take a bus from the All-Star to the Magic Kingdom.  From there, you can either take the 10 minute walk to the Contemporary, or take the Resort Monorail which whose first stop is the Contemporary.  (I think walking is your better option.)  Tell your bus driver you are heading to Chef Mickey's.  If it is not a super busy morning and buses are not too crowded, the bus driver will *sometimes* take guests straight to the Contemporary.  Buses heading toward the Magic Kingdom start around 6:30 to accommodate guests with early breakfast reservations.

    Chef Mickey's is located on the 4th floor of the Contemporary.   Have your camera and autograph books ready because Mickey and his pals cannot wait to meet you!   After breakfast, you can walk to the Magic Kingdom, catch a bus outside the resort to Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom, or hop back on the monorail to the Transportation and Ticket Center where you can switch monorails to go to Epcot.
