My family will be in WDW 2/5-2/11. About how long do you think it will take to hop between EPCOT and Magic Kingdom? About how crowded do you think the parks will be? Thanks.

Hi Deborah! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

With the trip right around the corner I hope that you are starting to get really excited! One of the great things about park hopping from Magic Kingdom Park to Epcot is that you can take advantage of the Monorail system! I love taking the Monorail because it is usually so fast and efficient! Whenever I take this mode of transportation, I usually allow 45 minutes to one hour to get from gate to gate. I always allow extra time for lines, unexpected stops on the Monorail line while they wait for other Monorail traffic to clear, and walking time!

It is hard to answer the question of how crowded the parks will be. There are so many variables that come into play when it comes to predicting crowds. I like to use Touring Plans when I am trying to figure out how crowded a park may be. Please remember that if you use any crowd predictor calendars, it is merely a prediction and may not be accurate.

I hope that you have an #Unforgettable vacation!
