Greetings, Marissa! I get Memory Maker every single time that I visited Walt Disney World Resort this year, and now that I’m an
Annual Passholder, it’s included! Having those memories forever is something I cherish.
If you have already bought your park tickets and linked within My Disney Experience as Family and Friends, you’re halfway to sharing your photos! When you view your
Friends and Family List in My Disney Experience, click on one of the six adults you’ll be traveling with. If you each have your own profile, you’ll check these steps for each person. If you are managing yourself and another adult, you’ll automatically be linked). When you choose to UPDATE a profile, you’ll see a check box for My Disney PhotoPass Photos. If this box is checked green, they will be able to add to the
Memory Maker as well as see all the photos your group/family has collected.
The person who bought the Memory Maker is often the only one that can download the photos, but I’ve found on our girls trips, all three of us have been able to download our photos (we were also staying in the same hotel room, if that helps clarify). You will be able to scan your hard ticket (if you don’t end up linking a MagicBand) with the Disney PhotoPass Photographers to add photos, poses, attractions and Magic Shots to your Memory Maker account. On the My Disney Experience mobile app, you can also add frames, stickers and embellishments to you photos; it adds a little extra fun!
Have a magical vacation, and be sure to stop in front of Cinderella Castle for a fabulous group shot. Smile for the birdie! ~Lindsey P.
