    My family wants to visit Walt Disney world in November 2013 or February 2014. If we book now, can we do a payment plan? If so when must we make our last payment by and is there an initial down payment?

    Hi Christopher!

    The answer to your question is "yes".  However, there are two different types of reservations that you can make.  You can make a "room only" reservation or you can make a "package" reservation, meaning room and tickets and maybe a Disney Dining Plan.

    For a "room only" reservation, you must pay a deposit of one night at the hotel you have selected.  Final payment of the remainder is due at check-in.

    For a "package" reservation, you must pay an initial deposit of $200.00.  Final payment of the remainder is due 45 days prior to check-in.

    My family and I usually do a "room only" reservation because we can get tickets from somewhere else, but if you want to get a Disney Dining Plan then you absolutely have to have a package reservation.  I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
