My family wants to eat breakfast at Les Halles Boulangerie in Epcot one morning, but I follow a gluten-free diet and am concerned. Can I order anything there or should I plan to bring my own food?

    Hello Jennifer,

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
A breakfast meal at Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie sounds délicieux!
A couple years ago, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts introduced new allergy-friendly menus which offer information regarding allergen content for different food items at restaurants throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. This feature should help make your decision-making process a lot easier.
Further, guests can speak directly with a restaurant chef or a cast member who's been trained on special dietary needs and they will make sure to address and cater to your gluten-free requests.
In other words, you can rest assured the kitchen crew will make sure you're able to enjoy a wonderful breakfast at Epcot, without worries and without the need to take your own food.
By the way, I've heard Le Halles offers an incredible gluten-free Créme Brulee...

Enjoy your time at the Happiest Place on Earth and Bon Appétit!
