Hi Theresa!
There are several options available to you and are all suited for various budgets. My first suggestion is to check out the
resorts that have Deluxe Villas, which are one, two and even three bedroom rooms. These are all part of the Disney Vacation Club resorts and they have full kitchens and are absolutely fabulous! I am a Disney Vacation Member, so we often stay in a villa. You can find accommodations that will fit your entire family. I don't have a favorite, but I do end up choosing them based on their location and where we want to be. For instance, Bay Lake Tower has the monorail that will take me directly to the Magic Kingdom. Boardwalk and Beach Club are walking distance to Epcot.
A less expensive way to go is to book two rooms. Your teenagers might prefer this. (Woo hoo! Our own room!) You can request connecting rooms, but it is not guaranteed. This option opens up every resort to you and your family, the hardest part is to pick which one!
My last suggestion that will accommodate your entire family is a
Treehouse Villa at Saratoga Springs. (It's the last room type in the link) These are three bedroom Treehouses, though not actually in a tree, they are on stilts, are spacious and pretty darn cool. A quick Google search will show you a picture of the outside. We stayed in a Treehouse Villa a few years ago when we celebrated my son's 2nd birthday and invited all the grandparents to come with us. I also just booked a Treehouse to spend Thanksgiving in for this year! They can be pricey, but totally worth it for the neat experience.
Please come back and visit me if you have any follow-up questions.
Have a magical day!
