My family and I are wanting to do a 6 day hopper pass. That way we dont have to try to cram everything in one day.We want to visit all four parks. What two parks do you suggest we split into two visits. I guess what Im asking is which 2 pks need more time?

I would most definitely suggest you use two days for the Magic Kingdom.  There are many attractions and many lines for them thus splitting this into a two day visit helps you not stress over long waits.  For the other parks I would spend one day in each and then use the last day to return to the one that you would like to visit again or more.  It is hard to say what park will interest you.  Our family always can do the Animal Kingdom park in about 3/4 of a day and then Hollywood Studios the same. However, we are repeat offenders when it comes to visiting and so we are not always having to do everything.  EPCOT is a park we enjoy going back to to just stroll the World Showcase if nothing else.
