Hi Teresa,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am delighted that you brought this question to us!
At Magic Kingdom, there are a variety of attractions for the whole family. Just be sure to check the
attractions list to see the height requirements for each ride. Everyone, including the 3-year old will enjoy rides like Dumbo the Flying Elephant, The Magic Carpets of Aladdin, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Mad Tea Party, Jungle Cruise, Astro Orbiter, Peter Pan's Flight and "it's a small world." Your 8-year old should be tall enough for some bigger kid rides like Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Space Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Magic Kingdom also has a number of
character experiences and entertainment. We love the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade and the Happily Ever After fireworks show.
Teresa, at Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park, there are a variety of
attractions and rides. My family adores Kilimanjaro Safaris, Na'vi River Journey, and The Festival of the Lion King Show. Now that our girls are taller, they can ride Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain and Avatar Flight of Passage. There are also a number of
character interactions and entertainment that your family could experience. We have the best photo of our girls meeting Mickey Mouse for the first time at
Adventurers Outpost. There is also an awesome play area called the Boneyard!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
