7 of my family want to come to Disney during the week of 7 - 14 June 2014 and stay on Disney with the hopper tickets and dining. I am trying to find us the best deal I can and would love to know if someone could tell me how to get that.

    Hi Gail!

The first rule of saving Disney Dollars is to plan early and you're doing an excellent job! Disney releases various discounts throughout the year, the key is to take advantage before these discounts will expire which is at least 45 to 60 days before eligible travel dates.

In 2013,package discounts for summer were released in April, this special offer gave guests a discount off resort rooms and park tickets.Discounts can change from year to year, it's a good way to determine what might be available for next year.Remember that you can have a discount applied to your vacation at anytime, even AFTER booking.

Choosing a resort  to call home is a big part to saving money.Park tickets and Disney's Dining Plan are fixed prices, your resort choice can really make or break your budget.Certain resorts will almost always be excluded or have reduced discounts compared to other resorts in the same category.Port Orleans French Quarter and the standard rooms at Art of Animation have been excluded or extremely reduced discounts.

Sometimes, the best way to save money to purchase your room, tickets and meals separately.Room Only discounts are also available and sometimes a better discount than purchasing a package.Undercovertourist.com is a great place to purchase park tickets at discounted prices.I have used them many times and they are always great to work with! Now, if you choose to purchase your tickets separately you won't be eligible for Disney's Dining Plan.In that case I purchase Disney gift cards at my local retailers, many stores offer incentives such as Fuel Perks, discounts, or sometimes even extra gift cards with a minimum purchase. This gives me a little more flexibility when ordering my meals and Disney gift cards can be used just about anywhere at Walt Disney World.
