Hello, My family is visting WDW early Nov. and will be purchasing tickets for the Merry Xmas Party at MK any idea what time for the parade and fireworks and any tips on best view for either? Also is there a special spot to go and see Santa durin our visit?

Hi Jamie!  You will get into the holiday spirit early when you head to the Magic Kingdom's Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. It is a lot of fun in the park that evening including the snow falling on Main Street!

The parade is held twice during each party at 8:15pm and 10:30pm. The best time to see it with a good spot is the later show but when you have little kids it can become too late for them to keep their eyes open. The fireworks show is held at 9:30pm.  Main Street or around the castle circle are the best spots to stay and see both but they are also the most crowded and you have to get there early to be right on the street.  Santa will end the parade and he can also be seen often at the Magic Kingdom City Hall.  You can also find him at different times in Downtown Disney next to the Disney store but that is a very crowded location since so many of the locals can come without having to buy a park ticket. My favorite spot to see Santa is at the American Adventure pavilion in Epcot. He usually shows up later in the afternoon and often brings Mrs. Claus!
