    Our family will be visiting WDW in two weeks. We have made dinner reservations at The Hollywood Brown Derby @ 4:30 pmfor the Fantasmic Show. Do we need to order a complete dinner?...we would really just like to order the Cobb Salad that we love so much.

    The Fantasmic! Dining Experiences allow you to enjoy either lunch or dinner at Hollywood & Vine, Mama Melrose or The Hollywood Brown Derby and receive a VIP voucher for Fantasmic! at the time of your meal.
    I researched your question by contacting a cast member at "The Derby" directly and was informed that you can, in fact, order ala carte from The Hollywood Brown Derby menu and still enjoy this special Fantasmic! package. So, you are more than welcome to enjoy a Cobb salad AND reserved seating for this incredible pyrotechnics show!
