My family and I are visiting WDW in November.I have three kids ages 16, 14 & 6 and was thinking of staying at the polynesion resort. Is this a good choice for a family of five?

Yep, yep, yep!  The Polynesian is a great choice for a family of 5, especially since it has some of the largest rooms (also renovated within the last few years) at WDW to give each person a little extra space.  I might suggest requesting the buildings (or Longhouses as they are called)  Rapa Nui or Tahiti to make sure you have 2 sinks in the bathroom.

It is also fabulous for the convenience to visit both the Magic Kingdom and Epcot since it is a Magic Kingdom monorail resort and just a quick walk to the Ticket and Transportation Center to catch the Epcot monrail.

Did I mention the pool - so amazing with it being built around a volcano slide.  With the location on the Seven Seas Lagoon, your family can also easily take a break in the day by renting some of the many watercraft choices.  Your 14 and 16 year old could even rent their own water mice (with mom and dad's blessing, of course!)

Aloha and have a magical trip!
