Our family will be visiting WDW for the first time in Nov 2011, so excited!. I wanted to create a personal gift package with WDW items for when we arrive. Can I purchase items from the Disney Store and have them sent to be put in our room upon arrival?

    Hi Tracey,

You can certainly order items from The Disney Store website and have it delivered to your Resort address so it will be there as a package when you arrive, but if you want something unpacked and set up in the room as a surprise for the family to see when you walk into your room you will have to use Disney Floral and Gifts.   The dream makers at the Disney Florist will make sure your room is exactly how you want it upon arrival and there are many different options for you to choose, from custom arrangements (you can call them or email them with specific park merchandise you may be interested to have them include to make it a custom order) to in-room celebrations (I had one of these and it was spectacular, it all depends on how much you are looking at spending).  There are all different price ranges available, so I would look at the above link I have included for you to peruse the website and see all of the different options available for this special surprise.  I hope you have a magical first trip to Walt Disney World.

    Best wishes,
    Brigitta
