My family and I are visiting WDW for the first time Aug. 13th - 20th, stay at POP. This is the first week of the value season, so we were wondering what type of crowd levels should we expect?

    Hi there Johna!

How great that you are all going for a first trip as a family! The reason that it's the start of the value season is because most of the kids are heading back to school around that time of the month. So there should be a little less crowds than say mid June through early August. I know that the South Carolina schools are back in session on August 15th so you have that to look forward to! Ha Ha! I do know that attendance starts to fall as you get closer to Labor day. The best thing to do is plan ahead and know which parks are open later on different days and to utilize the most amount of time that you can be in the park. I hope you and your family have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel if you have more questions, I'm always here to help!
