My family and I will be visiting WDW at the end of September. It will be my Son(6yrs)and Daughter (3yrs)first time there. Can we get the first timer badge at our hotel? Trying to make this a very magical experience. Any tips would be helpful.

    HI Kimberly,

You are such a great mom to plan this memorable trip for your kids! The first time at Walt Disney World is something that you will never forget, whether you're 3 years old, 6 years old, or even 60!

Both your prince and princess will receive their Walt Disney World 1st visit buttons at your resort as soon as you check in. You will be asked if you are celebrating anything special, so be sure to announce that both of your kiddos are visiting for the first time.

The best part of these buttons is that cast members and guests will congratulate them on their first visit during your whole trip. I still remember how excited my own son was when he was greeted with a "welcome home" from cast members at each park, as well as a few excited moms and dads.

If you have any other questions during your vacation planning, please feel free to ask us at any time. We're always here to help you.

Have a fantastical Disney day, Kimberly!
