Hi Michelle!
There is no place in the world I'd rather be on Easter than Walt Disney World (WDW!)
How lucky you are to celebrate this glorious occasion at the most magical place on earth.
Last year during the Easter timeframe, guests could meet Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny at the Magic Kingdom. Last year this was held at the Tour Guide Gardens right outside of City Hall. You can find the exact location and time for the character greeting by picking up a Times Guide when you arrive.
Many of the WDW resorts also offer an Easter Egg Hunt or Easter Brunch around the holiday. Contact your specific resort to check on Easter activities offered.
I also heard that last year there was a special Easter Brunch held at the World Showcase in Epcot between the Canada and United Kingdom pavilions. You can call 407-WDW-DINE to reserve a spot.
There is also a special Easter Bunny meet-n-greet prior to the 3:00 p.m. Parade at the Magic Kingdom on Easter Sunday. There are not any Easter parades or decorations at the parks though.
You can purchase a special
Easter Basket from Disney Floral and Gifts. There are many choices and the selection is amazing. If you prefer to put together a basket yourself, I don't believe you can purchase the eggs on the WDW property, but there is a Walmart close by that you can either drive to or take a cab to purchase your Easter supplies.
I hope you have a magical vacation!
Magically,
Stacy
