My family will be visiting WDW in August. Will I be able to bring my son's wagon & a cooler w/ snacks & water? Also, will there be room on all the transportation so we can hop from park to park?

    Hi Cathleen!

     Welcome to the Moms Panel!

Wagons are not allowed at the Walt Disney World parks, but you are welcomed to bring a stroller or rent one at the parks if you'd like.

While you are allowed to bring snacks and drinks into the parks, you'll have to adhere to a few rules here. Namely, no glass containers, and no rolling coolers. You may use a soft sided cooler no bigger than the size of a typical backpack. Keep in mind those hot August days when packing your snacks! There are also fresh fruit stands at each of the parks, and plenty of quick counter service places through out Walt Disney World. I also like to have a frozen bottle of water to start the day off and as I carry it around the park it stay cool for a bit longer.

To park hop, you can use Disney transportation. Depending on your departing and arriving destination, you can use bus, boat, or monorail. While there is usually room for guests waiting, I have found a couple of times where the line of guests waiting was enough to fill a bus once it arrived, and I needed to wait for the next one. Transportation runs about every 20 minutes.

Hope this helps, but feel free to come back here to the Moms Panel if you need more help!

     Have a magical vacation!
